garden of 12.000sqm, with seasonal flowers, palm- trees , banana – trees and

ten buildings – bungalows in a total covered size of 2.300 sqm.

license for 124 beds with the possibility of expanding another 80 beds. It has
the specs to convert in to a 4 stars hotel easily. It offers 54 rooms. The
double rooms are 18 sqm and the bathrooms 4 sqm. While the four-bed rooms are
50 sq.m.
